Our Acquisitions team are responsible for building relationships with our newly acquired customers and identifying new sales opportunities.
As a Trainee Account Manager, you will be, trained, coached, and supported on how to engage with our newly acquired customer base to share with them the fantastic new products that are available to them now they are part of the 4Com Group.
The purpose of engagement is to schedule appointments with the Key Decision Makers of these customers, where our Field Sales team will visit and demonstrate the HiHi phone system. Alongside scheduling appointments, you will also be required to facilitate the resolution of any outstanding issues our new customers may have with their current set up.
Due to this role being a trainee role you will be provided group and 1 on 1 support by highly knowledgeable trainers and Director. Account Management Trainees that can deliver to the required standards will be moved into the Account Manager roles with even further progression opportunities available.
As a Trainee Account Manager, further responsibilities will also include:
- Contacting existing clients by telephone, maintaining regular communication with the view to arranging appointments with the key decision makers and obtaining referrals to pass to new systems.
- Researching the clients file ensuring that you have a full understanding of the client’s business, the existing equipment, rates and terms, considering what additional equipment may be of use to the client before booking the appointment.
- Liaising with the Customer Service and Support departments to ensure issues are resolved in a timely manner whilst taking ownership of any customer queries/complaints and ensuring they are resolved to customers complete satisfaction.
- To promote the companies’ mobile & network offerings and passing any interest over to the necessary departments to contact the customer.
- Responsible of the retention of their allocated customer base.
